If I connect the fans that were on the commander core when the problem occurred (for example on the fan port 4) the fans connected to port 1, 2 and 3 become uncontrollable.

    And my power supply is now not detect on icue (she was connected on commander core when problem coming ..)
    I am very unhappy because my product has only worked for two days, and moreover has created problems on my hub / corsair fan that I already had!

    I also contact corsair support ..

    Hey Debora, sorry about that - I think you should still try to contact support and see how they can help you over in your area. Have you tried going to the place where you bought it in Argentina as well?

    So now I am able to use the headset completely fine but ONLY in wired mode. When I go to icue to pair the dongle shows up but nothing ever happens after I click pair. I've tried downloading old icue firmware and then the dongle doesn't even show in the software. My buddy had a similar issue with his Virtuoso and downloading an older firmware and forcing it to update it solved his issues. However, I can not find a download for any older or even the latest dongle firmware.

    TLDR: Headset bricked, fixed, dongle still bricked. Need latest or older dongle firmware to try a force update. I have the non special edition, carbon corsair virtuoso.

    Hey GettnBetter - so some users have expressed that iCUE can be intensive on the systems. What verison of iCUE are you running and what is your operating system? If possible, if you'd like to share your computer specs - that would give me a better idea of what could be causing this issue. Thanks!

    Hey mdk09, sorry you're experiencing these issues. Besides checking on your iCUE version (Release Notes section: https://forum.corsair.com/release-notes/icue/418209-r14/). Please look at this thread too and since if any of the suggestions of c-attack could help you (https://forum.corsair.com/forums/topic/173796-h115i-platinum-has-little-to-no-blue-lighting/#comment-1004545). If you think it's an LED issue, then please reach out to our support.

However the layout on the screen makes everything very small, and the name of the sensor is not shown anymore.(so you basically don't know what you are looking at). Can you please add more split layout screens for us to use? Or even better, a 3 or 4 option layout where we can show cpu, gpu temp, and 2 other sensors, that would be even better given how big the LCD is.

    Finally, when I switch between screen types in icue, the sensor displayed is not saved, it always defaults to the coolant sensor. Please fix this as it is very annoying having to redo the changes every time you change the screen type!

     

    The LCD screen is great, really bright and detailed, but the current iscue software is limiting what it could be used for.

    Hey mobi666, so while I'm only a mod and part of technical marketing - I always make sure to show these comments and suggestions to the departments accordingly. Just wanting to bump your thread so others can chime in as well. Feedback is always definitely appreciated.

    I have run all the tests Corsair recommends and none have worked for me. Everything is connected correctly, the USb 2.0 does work and the fans, water pump and LEDs do work correctly, the only problem is that ICUE does not detect the Commander Core and I cannot change the color of the LEDs or the speed of the fans.

    I have a Lighting Node Core, and ICUE if it detects it.

    Hey BartomeuSG, what version of iCUE are you running? Make sure to also check out the Release Notes section (https://forum.corsair.com/release-notes/icue/418209-r14/). It sounds like everything is correct so I'm wondering if it's just a wire/connection thing. Please keep me updated.

    Hi MadSad, what version of iCUE are you running? Please check out the Release Notes section to see if you're up to date (https://forum.corsair.com/release-notes/icue/418209-r14/). Besides doing everything c-attack mentioned or even possibly repairing iCUE - if it's an LED issue then it will need to be brought up to support (https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/requests/new).

    Hey Captain_Dada, I'm sorry you're experiencing these issues - what version of iCUE are you running? Please check out the Release Notes section to see if you are currently up to date - (https://forum.corsair.com/release-notes/icue/418209-r14/). 

    There are several additional things you can try (besides possibly updating BIOS). You can try a performing a clean reinstallation of iCUE or the action of repairing iCUE as follows: 

    If a clean reinstall of iCUE does not resolve the issue, try repairing iCUE.

    Before repairing iCUE, delete the “Corsair composite virtual input device” driver.
    Open Device Manager.
    Select Human Interface Devices.
    Right-click Corsair composite virtual input device and select Uninstall device.
    Tick the Delete the driver software for this device checkbox, and then click Uninstall. 

    Another thing that sometimes happens is that the permission changes what device takes precedence when you listen or use certain programs (Spotify, Minecraft, Discord). You should be able to check in your Sound Settings and allow which programs take what device to what precedence.

    I play at 3830x2160 which is why my RTX 2080 works so hard. My Corsair AX1600i can handle the GPU boost requirements easily.

    The profile shows up in ICUE as being there (I can see the profile name, and within it the customised button presses I created etc.), but the mouse will not perform them. 

    The only way I can get it to work is to uninstall ICUE and then resintall it, every time. It then somehow picks it up and it works, but only until I reboot again (or if the PC crashes etc.)

    I cannot accept that I must reinstall ICUE every time I reboot my PC. There must be something straight forward I am missing. Any help appreciated. 

    Solutions I have tried: repair ICUE, reinstall ICUE, try different versions of ICUE, reset mouse, reboot PC. 

    Hey ofens, sorry you are experiencing this issue. What iCUE version are you running? What kind of mouse and mouse's firmware are you running?

    Opened up and checked resistance on the PCB, it goes to 3Ohm same as all other working keys. Attempted, reset with holding down ESC during plug in. No luck.

    It is a like new keyboard, bought years ago. I really want to know if there is a fix.

    Hey nobreaks, please go ahead and follow the directions I provided as well. Also, this could be an issue with the USB hardware. Where are you plugging your receiver? Can you try plugging it in different USB slots and see if that changes anything?

Hey PrimalXY - besides the suggestions we always suggest which is: soft reset (https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/4410246395789-How-to-Reset-your-HS80-RGB-Wireless-Gaming-Headset) and forcing firmware updates to both headset and dongle and re-pairing the two - please also check out our iCUE Release Notes page as there has been a new update. Also - were you connecting your devices into direct USBs or into a dock of some sort? Let me know if any of this works. There is also the option of having to repair iCUE as well.

    There can be several issues to this which include your browser, desktop/operating settings priorities, browser history etc. Please try it on different browsers or clear out the cookies/cache of your browser. If you are experiencing any more issues, please let me know so I can continue to help you or elevate this issue to support.
