MadSad
I have had this AIO for around 2 and a half years and typically used colors like pink, red, and green. Up until now, I had never tried using any color with blue (like purple). However, today I wanted to make everything purple and realized it goes straight from pink to green when you drag the color slider along the bottom of the wheel. The image attached shows the brightness difference with the left picture being (0,0,255) and the right being (0,255,0). Not sure if it could possibly be a connection on my end, or simply just defective LED's. Any feedback would be appreciated!
c-attack
Two things you can try. 1) Set the Hardware Lighting to static blue and then quit CUE. See if it shows true. If yes, then this may be a software problem. 2) If still no lighting after step 1, force a firmware update through "check for update" -> None -> Force Update. Usually if LEDs burn out, they will go one at a time -- not universally and there should be several. If the firmware flash does not solve this, contact Corsair Support. There isn't a normal reason for this and most of the time it will be hardware related.
MadSad
This didn't seem to help, but I appreciate the response.. It's not like the blue isn't showing up at all, its just extremely dimmed and overwhelmed by the brighter colors. Guess I'll contact support and see if they can help me. Thanks! Hi MadSad, what version of iCUE are you running? Please check out the Release Notes section to see if you're up to date (https://forum.corsair.com/release-notes/icue/418209-r14/). Besides doing everything c-attack mentioned or even possibly repairing iCUE - if it's an LED issue then it will need to be brought up to support (https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/requests/new).
