So . . . i submitted a ticket, i've been refered to the beta team. But there is no more beta team, unless i did the interpretation of the forum post wrong. How do i continue?

Hi Nick, Thanks for the reply. Both dongles state that multipoint status is disabled with a button behind it stating 'pair additional devices' far i know, that tells me that slipstream is disabled? The dongle used was the K57, because at time of purchase the ironclaw did not come with a slipstream dongle. Right now however, i have 2 dongles with the SS mark on them. I'll raise a support ticket, see where i can get, maybe load offline images of firmware. who knows.

Hey Albert, Currently i'm having software version 3.26.92. (which i haven't updated since it was i think the last to support the beta features?) I still have its installer, and the installer for 3.33.246 if needed.

i sincerely beg to differ, i've had it running as i was part of the 'beta' since it was simply awesome.

Gday all, Recently i had to RMA my Ironclaw due to a broken mousewheel. After receiving my new mouse, i nolonger seem to be able to do multipoint pairing with slipstream. Every time i hit the pair multiple devices button in ICUE, it tries to download the firmware but fails and gives me an error to check my internet connection. If i force a firmware update, i have no such issues. So it is not my internet. Can any1 shed some light on why i can't pair my K57 and Ironclaw after the RMA via 2:1 pairing? (i have tried both dongles, as they both seem to be SS compatible)

Gday nick! (Same nick as on LTT?) Just an hour ago i had the issue that my mousewheel broke and stumbled across this thread. I see you are asking for serial numbers. I will however send my copy to the store as it still falls under the 24 month warranty (awesome to be dutch in this regard). I can't find a 16 digit number however. p/n: CH-9317011 S/N: 014319307310
