Ironclaw RGB Wireless Broken wheel

My wheel just started spinning freely (not registering scroll, but middle click works) ~1 hour ago. Bought the Ironclaw RGB Wireless on September 1st 2020 (Amazon UK). Hope it helps Corsair track the failed batches. RMA has been submitted.
