what does the NXZT Hub actally do to fix this?

Wow I am glad I found this post. Ever since installing the commander pro on my asus x570 pro i get the sounds. If you open i cue i see the hub disconnect and reconnect. When my KB and mouse were plugged up to the usb 10 gig ports it would cut my lights on then on...I moved to the 5 gig and it stopped but still have the sound. I am trying the nzxt HUB. I should have next week. This needs to be fixed asap!

i am having same issue! I just ordered the nxl device. But why does the commander pro do this when plugged up to the motherboard and not the hub?????? thats what I like to know.

reading this post. I have corsair case, water cooler, vengence ram, and case fans. After installing my commander pro ( till then had nooo issues with i cue or anything) i started to have the random disconnects and when plugged up to a 10htz usb my kb and mouse lights cut off and then cut back on and would get the windows sound of a disconnect and reconnect. when I move them to 5 htz it stopped affecting my lights but still hear the sound of the disconnect. Any one can help me with this I would appreciate it.

ok I can not even find that file...how did you search and fine the file in C drive?

Hello. I downloaded I cue but it will not see my case lights ( case is a corsair case) and the hydro cooler ( corsair). Just sees my ram and motherboard. Am I doing something wrong? I see it should see my case lights and cooler per site.
