  1. I had to use an older version of iCUE on my computer to be able to use my mic. The current version, if you quit it down in the taskbar, should allow your mic to work, as that's what happened in my situation. Not a perfect solution, either way, of having to "fix" the issue.
  2. EDIT: I shut down and unplugged my computer for 30 seconds, plugged it back in, and restarted. Problem solved for me. I'm having the same issue. The driver appears to have been corrupted after upgrading to Windows 10 2004. Is there anywhere on the Corsair site that I can get the driver?
  3. Since there hasn't been any response, I'll contact Corsair's customer support.
  4. The media keys, including the Mute button, on my keyboard are noticeably dimmer than the rest of the keys on the keyboard. The disparity between the backlighting has been like this since I bought the keyboard a month or two ago and I was wondering if this was by design? I searched the forums for this and came up empty. I have updated the keyboard's firmware to 3.08 through iCUE which didn't seem to make a difference, for the better or worse. The picture I've attached doesn't do a great job of showing the disparity in lighting, but it's what I have to work with for now. Thanks in advance for any feedback!
