  1. I didn't have any problem before but with the latest versions, one of my fans connected to Commander Pro doesn't respond to RPM changes unless I restart all iCue services. 3 of the fans working perfectly, however even though it's on Auto mode, first fan doesn't respond.
  2. It is persistent on my mice as well. We haven't still got an update for this issue have we? I was on the old FW and experience this, so I thought updating to a newer FW would solve it; however it is still the same. Patiently waiting for the update but it's irritating.
  3. Hey everyone, the case is new and the middle fan sometimes has audible clicking/grinding sound which suppresses the other fans. This is when fans at 800RPM, however the sound is still there with 640RPM. When I increase the fan speed to 1000RPM, sound disappears. I set all other fans to 0RPM until I find the source and below video captured while other fans not working. Keep in mind this happens once or maybe twice daily and sometimes never occurs. It's totally random. Here are some videos: [ame=https://youtu.be/MWf7ON4AhKM]640RPM[/ame] [ame=https://youtu.be/LD_lV2ZjqBI]800RPM[/ame] [ame=https://youtu.be/FuZntWOaHaQ]1000RPM [/ame](Sorry for the wind) I don't want to refund the case as I dealt with the cable management a lot and couldn't find any distributor in my country anyway. Do you think is it faulty?
  4. Asking because my 500D SE RGB is nearly full of cables on back side and there's literally no meaningful place for another box. I don't actually get the reasoning for this change as well. There should have been a way for existing Commander Pro users to directly connect the cooler but it seems like there's no other option from the pictures. Commander Core is alone nearly as big as a Commander Pro as well. Now we have RGB hubs, Lighting Nodes, a Commander Pro plus Commander Core? Why do we need the Core version when we have Commander Pro though? How many boxes we will have in our cases? It's out of control sadly. Is there any way, like an adapter/cable to convert the new cable into something compatible with Commander Pro?
  5. Hello Mint. I have been delaying to buy LS100's for a while since we weren't able to adjust which position from the screen strips can get. So there were some problems with movies and videos that have letterboxes. Do we have any update on that issue because it seems like the latest product LT100 can be adjusted for that matter.
  6. This version is somewhat problematic for me. Coming from 3.18.77 and it was dead stable. Had to upgrade because of my AIO and now when iCue stats on screen, its CPU usage is incredibly high. Is everyone having this problem or do I have to do like a clean install or something? Will revert back to 3.18 meanwhile. Here's the screenshot of usage on 3.27.68, nothing else works on the computer other than Firefox. Here's the screenshot of usage on 3.17.77, again, nothing else works aside form iCue and generic applications. 3.18.77 was perfect release in my opinion, whatever happened after that is beyond me because every version gave me high CPU usage.
  7. Thank you Zotty, that I was wondering. If it's not hard on CPU, I think we can expect no negative impact on gaming performance as well. I am definitely illiterate on this issue but let's say there are black bars on a movie etc. while on video playback mode. Does that mean we won't see any effects on top and bottom leds with LS100 since the input is only black on those areas?
  8. I am having problems as well. 3.18 was using 1-2% like above user told, and now it's more than 3-5% all the time. Additionally and I think more importantly, when you enable full software RGB control for Corsair Vengeance Pro RGB, CPU usage spikes to 20-30% and stays like that all the time. Disable and now it is again 3-5%. Does anyone have the same problem?
  9. One last question that comes to mind after a little brainstorming with friends. :) Like I said, initially was planning to go with one 360mm radiator due to my lack of experience on the matter, however setting up a 280mm radiator on bottom seems much more easier to handle. (No need to remove front panel etc. while mounting 360mm.) So I may go with a 2x280mm on top/bottom for both CPU/GPU. Or with a 360mm front and 280mm bottom combo. How much the difference would be you think? If surface area of the radiators matter, seems like I would get more or less -%5~ difference if I go with a double 280mm radiators instead of 360+280 combo. Would you have any comment on the matter? Pros and cons, temp difference maybe. And with negative pressure in mind, how would you set the fans for double 280mm bottom/top configuration?
  10. Thank you for the heads up Greg. I added them to my wishlist and will check later since the seller is 3rd party and not Amazon's itself. Thanks for all the help, I'll let you guys know if I can handle the project. :)
  11. Hi everyone, I've been playing Metro Exodus for a while and I couldn't make my H100i work no matter what for the game integration. 3xLL120mm fans, 1xLL140m fan and RAMs working without any problem; however H100i doesn't respond to any SDK files. I even tried to import couple of different game profiles and it just didn't work. Fans are set to ML as it supposed to be. My iCue version was 3.18 and I even tried uninstalling and installing again with Revo Uninstaller. Updating to 3.19 didn't solve my problems either. Also changed USB cable ports on my motherboard and unplugged/plugged H100i, but no chance. It's not connected to a Commander Pro though, USB goes directly to my motherboard. Don't know how to follow from here. Does it even suppose to work with iCue Game Integration? If so, what can I do more to make it work? Thanks,
  12. Thanks again Greg for your patient and elaborate answer. It's pretty much settled I think, I now know what to get and have a plan in mind for the setup. Only question right now is that since I am not a resident of the US, I'll try to get everything else on my next visit. Seems like Corsair has couple of resellers like Microcenter; however, when I checked their website, couldn't find any fittings under Corsair brand, only other brands like EKWB, Barrow etc. available. So I'll try to combine Corsair products with EKWB fittings since they're much easier for me to reach in my hometown. Would these parts listed below be interchangeable? If so, I'll go with that road and complete the setup: Compression Fittings Corsair Hydro X Series XF Compression 10/13mm (3/8" / 1/2") ID/OD EKWB EK-ACF Fitting 10/13mm Angled 90° Fitting Corsair Hydro X Series XF Hardline 90° 12mm OD Fitting Twin Pack EKWB EK-AF Angled 90° G1/4 Nickel Ball Valve Corsair Hydro X Series XF Ball Valve EKWB EK-AF Ball Valve (10mm) G1/4 T Splitter Hydro X Series XF Rotary Y-Splitter EKWB EK-AF T-Splitter 3F G1/4 Thanks,
  13. I second that. Don't have the latest Windows update and even if I had, my country isn't supported for Cortana usage so it wouldn't be a problem. Issue is %100 related with iCue's System Interrupts.
  14. Yes, this is certainly annoying and happens in every game I play. When iCue installed, which supposed to be because I have tons of Corsair products, sound randomly goes up and down, cracking and popping. When I close iCue or uninstall the Corsair driver from headset and use Windows Generic driver, it is totally normal. Literally noone caring about this? Because it seems like it can be solved with a driver update as there's nothing wrong on the hardware side. We can use Windows' own driver, but it's so damn high and irritating without the EQ on iCue. Edit: There's one more option though. Just enable Microsoft Generic USB driver without any EQ and then just buy Dolby Atmos for Headphones from Windows Store. It has premade EQ settings and custom one for your choice for games, movies and music. I kind of solved the situation like this, but will think twice in the future for Corsair headphones.
  15. Thank you c-attack, I learned it from the hard way and created all my profiles again on 3.18. :) And yes, am using Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro. My whole system is listed here.
  16. Uhm, I do think something is very wrong with the last update as well. I actually went ahead and recorded my The Witcher 3 session when iCue uninstalled and iCue 3.19.120 installed. I wouldn't be able to realise this if I hadn't built my computer 4 days ago and benchmarking 7/24 with different things. Idle CPU usage definitely went up, and it eats from the games' performance. Please see the screenshots and YT videos for comparison. It doesn't seem a lot, however when iCue uninstalled, game find its performance pretty quickly with 141FPS and doesn't stutter at the beggining and in the end of the video. It's the other way around with iCue 3.19.120. (FPS counter on upper right corner.) 1. iCue uninstalled video 1. iCue uninstalled usage 2. iCue 3.19.120 video 2. iCue 3.19.120 usage It's not in your language, but I certainly need to say it was quite shocking to see 3.19.120 problems in my country's local forums even. He even reinstalled the Windows 2 times until he figured it out, poor soul. Please check it out, you'll see the mention with Corsair 3.19.120. So I actually tried to uninstall the new version and install the old one but struggled a lot with my profiles as it said they're not compatible since there's a new version available. I tried to change all profiles versions but no chance. Now exported all my profiles from 3.19.120 as an additional icueprofile file, and wonder when I rollback to 3.18, will I be able to import these without any problems? Because I created a lot of them and don't want to lose. Need your help on this.
  17. Hello GregX. Much appreciated for the detailed info and sorry for my late reply. It's great to hear that my GPU temperatures will decrease substantially. It seems to me that the list was 95% correct and with the compressions you added I'll be ready to build, thank you again. Since my plan is to use vertical GPU mount, I might need that pair of 90°/45° adapters like you said. Also, since I have no idea how to build one, I am pretty lost on ball valve as well. Where it should be or can I put it on XD5 without any problem etc. Corsair's configurator doesn't recommend one and I read here and other forums that one should have a valve for an easy drain. I checked the documentation for 680X and have some questions in mind. I think instead of going for 140mm radiator, I might get the 360mm one for being a little more futureproof in case I want to add a CPU block. The problem is, I already have my H100i PRO RGB setup on top and there might not be sufficient space for me to put 360mm radiator to the front. Also in the documentation, front fans seems as exhaust and I want to build put it as intake. Here's the setup I currently have. Imagine that there'll be 2 more intake fans on the bottom. Now the question is, whether I can reverse my H100i and its cables to the other side to save some space for my front 360mm intake radiator. I do plan to mount XD5 on this 360mm radiator as well by the way since it looks pretty awesome and don't want to hide it on the secondary chamber. :) It seems like when GPU vertically mounted, there might be a possibility.
  18. Hello everyone, I need a little bit of help on choosing the correct parts for GPU water cooling. I already have a Corsair AIO and pretty happy with it so I'll only need a GPU water block, radiator, reservoir and related tubings etc. Since this will be my first watercooling operation, I am a little lost on the parts that I need to order. Could you please look at the list below and advice any missing or wrong parts in there? 1x XR5 140 Radiator (PLanning to set it up on my rear exhaust with LL140mm fan) 1x Hydro X Series XG7 RGB 2080ti 1x XD5 Pump/Reservoir 1x Hydro X Series XT Softline 10/13mm ID/OD Tubing 1x Coolant ?x Fitting/Tubing (Not sure on this one. How many I'll need only for GPU and which ones?) My case is Corsair 680X and already have 3xLL120 and 3xLL140 fans and managing them with one hub and a Lighting Node. I know will need a Commander Pro and will get that as well; but with this setup, I am literally using all System Fans (PWM) on my motherboard. So just a little bit lost on fan, pump and radiator management part. What will I need exactly if I don't have any fan slots etc. or where do I need to plug the components? Also, what do you think temperatures would be with 140mm radiator and LL140 fan? Main reason for the change is my current EVGA RTX2080ti Black is literally taking off in games and generate a lot of sound. :) So I would like to avoid that while decreasing the temperatures. Thanks in advance and it's great to be in Corsair ecosystem. :sunglasse
  19. Hello everyone, Planning to get either 500D SE RGB or 680X and am aware that one has a Commander Pro and RGB hub, and the other only has RGB hub and a Node. So I somehow got a ML120 fan without buying any of the cases and my question is whether I can connect the ML to the same RGB hub on the cases and make it work like the LLs. If I cannot, I’ll refund the ML and get an another LL fan for rear exhaust. I assume in that moment I can control all 4 of the LLs without any additional peripherals via iCue and from the same RGB hub as they’re the same type of fans? Like in the below picture, will I just plug my other LL to socket 4 and done with it? If so, that means I can add 2 more without any additional peripherals until I get my Commander Pro? https://www.corsair.com/medias/sys_master/images/images/hc1/hd8/9190313197598/-CC-9011169-WW-Gallery-680X-RGB-White-04.png Also which one do you think has better airflow for GPU since mine is an EVGA 2080ti Black and gets hot pretty fast? It seems like I may add 2 additional fans with 680X and not with 500D SE RGB. Thanks in advance, and sorry for rookie questions.
  20. Hello, I've been using the headphone for a while and quite frankly haven't had any significant problems; however, random volume change was always there. Particularly in Steam games -doesn't matter which one- volume randomly goes up and down while making a crackling noise. This happens every 5-10 seconds and couldn't find a solution to that whatever I tried. YouTube, twitch, Spotify doesn't seem to have the same problem. The reason I said with iCue software is that when I shutdown the application, interestingly enough problem disappears. I tried launching the app in administrator mode, turned of couple of Windows settings etc. but none of them worked. Since I am planning to move to Corsair environment -CPU cooler, RAMs- soon, it would be a shame if I can't use the software just because it's changing the headphone's sound randomly. Also both the software and headphone using the latest firmwares. Also deleted every other sound drivers apart from my speaker and HS70. Does anyone have a solution to this or experienced the same thing? Would appreciate the help. Thanks!
