I have a BIG issue with iCUE for some days now. Sometimes (not always!) games begin to stutter with noticable FPS drop every 3 seconds (from fixed 97FPS down to 94 or 95FPS). After long trouble-shoot I know this stutters are caused by ICUE - as soon as I Alt+Tab out of the game and close iCUE the stutters are gone. When I restart iCUE then the stutters are still gone for some time until they come back some time later. Anybody else experiencing this for some days now? Note that I did no update in the last days and did not had any stutter issues before so the issue came completely by itself without updating anything. Running latest iCUE 4.17.244 and latest WIndows 11 Build. Hope somebody can help to fix this.

This version has issues with Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro Ram when running Asus Plugin. No Temperature, No RGB Lighting, no nothing. Just a red exclamation mark. Wasnt this issue fixed some time ago? Now it came back? Really?!

Commander Pro USB disconnects on new AMD X570 Ryzen 5000 build
momorious replied to momorious's topic in iCUE Software
Got it fixed by using the NZXT powered USB Hub. Still a shame you have to buy this Hub to get the CoPro working properly on X570 Boards... Didnt had any issues in Z390 so there is something fishy with X570 for sure... -
aaaaah THAT did the trick, thanks!

This doesnt work. I can delete the extra (3) stuff but when I press enter the (3) returns... :(

Have the same issue (though for me its showing (3) for the H115i. Anyone knows how to get the number deleted...?

Commander Pro USB disconnects on new AMD X570 Ryzen 5000 build

puh thats a real bummer that it seems to be a X570 issue in general... Normally I would need to ask Asus to refund the 17,63€ I just had to spend on the NZXT Hub...... Its coming on Friday and I REALLY hope it fixes the USB disconnects because otherwise I simply cant use this AMD build at all because the CoPro is essential for me. -
Commander Pro USB disconnects on new AMD X570 Ryzen 5000 build

No; I only run iCUE but it also disconnects when not using iCUE and in fact no software at all... So its no software conflict but seems to be a USB issue on X570 boards where you can workaround it by using the NZXT USB Hub as far as I have read in other threads... This is SO disappointing.. :( -
Hello. I have a MAJOR issue: I have build my first AMD system with a Ryzen 5800X on a Asus Prime X570-Pro Mainboard. I also installed Windows from fresh. Now every few minutes the Commander Pro is disconnecting (USB disconnect sound, then a command center message popsup that the lastly used USB device had an error). When I unplug the Commander Pro I dont get any USB disconnects but as soon as its connected the USB disconnects start. Note: I have also connected a Node Pro to the USB header of the CoPro which is not recognized by iCUE at all. I also already tried both internal USB headers and I even bought a very new Commander Pro with the exact same issue so its definitely an incompatibility issue of the Commander Pro with my AMD build. Anyone know how to get it properly working or is it known that the CoPro is incompatible with AMD?

Earliest fix is 3 weeks away because iCUE releases are on a monthly basis only.

iCUE updates are monthly, so don't expect anything soon. Earliest possibility for a fix is in 3 weeks. Then in 7 weeks, then in 11 weeks and so on.

actually its the fourth update. There were no changelogs since April... Its really a no.go to post new version without changelogs. Wondering if Corsair James stopped working for Corsair and nobody else is doing his Job now in the meantime?
