  1. Here are a few of the common troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve a RGB lighting issue. Hardware: 1.) Double check all connections to power, USB and RGB data lines. 2.) Be sure you aren't using too many USB devices per USB controller. 3.) If you are using a USB hub connect the device directly to the motherboard USB to test. 4.) Try moving RGB connections on the RGB hub (or Lighting Node Core) to a new port. Only do this when the PC is off. If the Lighting issue persists on the last fan in the chain it's likely the hub, but if the lighting issue gets worse it’s likely the first fan that presents the problem. Software: 1.) -Close all RGB control and monitoring programs -Restart iCUE 2.) Check for any firmware updates for your device 3.) -Update iCUE, we add patches and fixes for bugs all of the time. -Force update firmware of the device if issue persists 4.) -Uninstall iCUE -Clear your %AppData% folders of Corsair folders -Install the latest version of iCUE -Reboot your PC 5.) Check your device manager for any missing or nonworking drivers If none of those steps work, please reach out to customer support at support.corsair.com and they would be happy to help you.
  2. Hey Guys, Just doing some house cleaning. I'm moving this over to the modding/builds section of the forum since this seems to be more relevant to that. Feel free to continue the discussion there!
  3. Hi David9726, You have all that you need there to light them all up but I would look into how many PWM fan headers you have on your motherboard. The wiring would be something like this: Lighting Node Pro > 2X Fan Hub > 6 LL Fans on the first hub and 3 on the other. Be sure to wire the fans starting at the bottom front of your case going up to the back. Also Zotty has an awesome guide on wiring all kinds of Corsair products up and should be helpful. https://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=173880&t=173880
  4. Hi DogSlobba, I spoke with one of our tech support reps and he said that they will be reaching out to you soon.
  5. Hi Fwashy, I would submit a ticket on our support page. They will be able to walk you through a bunch of troubleshooting steps and that would get you set up if an RMA is needed. You can always try uninstalling iCUE and clearing the %appdata% of corsair folders then reinstalling. This would let you check if its software related. If that doesn't fix it and swapping around the hubs doesn't fix it, then Corsair Tech Support would be your best bet. Support.corsair.com
  6. Hi DogSlobba, Sorry to hear about that. Do you have a ticket number with corsair support? If so can you post it here or send it in a PM? I can try and look into it on our end.
  7. Hi Darklite, Sorry to hear about the troubles with the T1 Chairs you have received. Can you post your ticket number here or in a PM to me?
  8. Hi all, Sorry to hear about the problems you guys are having with the gas lift in your T2's. I would recommend contacting customer support to try for an RMA. support.corsair.com
  9. Hi Knacker40, sorry to hear about the trouble you are having with your cooler. The cooler should fit snugly and be difficult to move. I would double check that the stand offs that come with the cooler are screwed down all of the way and that the back plate is lined up with the holes properly. If all of those things are good I would reach out to customer support at support.corsair.com.
  10. So you can have the fans cabled up the way you have in the picture but you will need an additional controller for the LED strips. Each one of the LL140 dual packs and the LL120 triple packs come with a controller so you should be covered.
  11. No worries, I just wanted to gather some info on how it was set up first. By any chance, how do you have the USB cable connected. If its not showing in USBDevview it could be that the USB cable isn't connected or a USB driver isn't installed. If either one isn't the case I would go ahead and submit a ticket at corsair.com/support.
  12. No problem. When you power up the case does the light on the pump head come on? If not its likely due to power either the sata connector on the back of the cooler isn't plugged in all of the way or the PSU isn't suppling enough power.
  13. Thanks for the feedback Im glad that got the job done!
  14. Hi Hvgotcodes, Sorry to hear about that, has the cooler shown up in iCUE before?
  15. Sounds like a bad firmware flash. I sent you a PM, please follow up and I can help you get this resolved.

  17. I sent a reply via email and PM.
  18. I PM'd you to get you a link.
  19. Hi Deaks, Have you gone though lighting setup on the controller? You will have to tell iCUE which fans you are using and how many for first time use.
  20. This might do what you need. You will have to configure the port on the Commander Pro to use PWM in iCUE but this should spin all of your fans. https://www.corsair.com/us/en/Categories/Products/Accessories-%7C-Parts/PC-Components/Cases/Carbide-678C-6-port-PWM-Repeater/p/CC-8900355
  21. Hi Cmplord, Sometimes after firmware updates you have to re-configure the device in iCUE. If you go to lighting setup and add the fans back in that should fix it. If you have the fans connected to the 680X's lighting node pro try the same thing just in the Lighting Node Pro's menu. If that doesn't work try to force update the cooler in settings, then repeat the steps above. Hope that helps!
  22. Hi all, Usually this kind of lighting behavior is indicative of a dead LED on a fan. It can be the fan that is acting up or sometimes a fan farther up the chain. I would swap the LED fan cables around on the LED hub. If the behavior moves or increases its likely a bad LED. If that is the case I would reach out to Corsair.com/support. If it stays where it is it could be related to the LED hub or software. Some things to try on the software side is to: Uninstall iCUE and delete all of the corsair folders in %AppData% Reboot Reinstall the latest version of iCUE from Corsair.com/downloads I hope that helps fix it!
  23. Hi Tegris, Usually with that kind of reaction the pump isn't spinning. On the Pro and Platinum versions they have a SATA power connector. I would check the connection on that just to be sure. Which H100i are you using?
  24. Hi deno1000, So the 9900K can run a bit hot especially if you are running any kind of compute load. OC'd 9900K's have it well over 200W TDP. Some boards give you an automatic OC by default. That being said if you are running an overclock that could cause higher temps. Also ambient temps and airflow in the case and room can impact your temps drastically. Could you provide some info on the room temp, case config and any overclock you have on the CPU? That would give me a better idea on if that is normal for your system. (Edit): Just reloaded the page and saw the post
  25. Hi IronCrossMac, Sorry to hear that your cooler isn't working right, I hope I can help fix that. Here are a few things you can try. You can check if iCUE has an update. There are some services related to monitoring software that run in the background. I would end any of those processes in task manager and relaunch iCUE. Sometimes with Windows updates and new hardware installs drivers can act weird. I would look into your drivers in device manager and see if anything is missing or not working. If there is I would update the driver using the manufacturers website. This can resolve that in some cases Another thing to try is to completely uninstall iCUE including files in [user]/AppData/[roaming and local]/Corsair. After that reinstall the latest version of iCUE. If that doesn't work try flashing the cooler using a separate PC using a standard micro usb cable, maybe a laptop, if you have one available. If none of these work I would submit a ticket with Corsair.com/support. I hope that helps, Mike
