JGxTech90 Posted March 13, 2013 Share Posted March 13, 2013 So it's only been 2 months since I bought my Vengeance 2000's, completing my Corsair PC Dream Machine... Yesterday when I went to put on the headset... Crack goes the right earcup right on the hinge joint and the entire ear cup fell out loose (just in time for my Local LAN Tourney in two days). Put in a request with Corsair RMA.. Since this is my first RMA with Corsair directly (cause all of my other Corsair stuff is boss and doesn't break), can someone please tell me how long the usual RMA takes? I returned them to the store and they to the distributor one month ago and yesterday i received the broken headset with a note telling that the warranty don't cover the damage. I'm from Spain.
