Recently I have noticed it has started to fail memtest / windows memory diag, so I would like to submit an RMA ticket, but the item is not listed. What should I do? Synthohol Posted March 7, 2013 Share Posted March 7, 2013 try the basics first, reseat the ram, flash the latest bios, reset bios to defaults,disable legacy USB, set XMP and test 1 stick at a time with memtest booting from a live CD. if one or both fail just choose the closest part# in the dropdown but specify exactly what you need in the comments section with your full contact info. or pick up the phone and call them :): Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
