senruan Posted March 6, 2013 Share Posted March 6, 2013 Hi, it seems like I have the same problem lots of other people are having, namely, the chirping sound from my HX 650 Gold power supply. I think the standard solution is to get it replaced with a 750. I'd prefer, however, to receive the replacement first before sending you the old unit; this way, my computer won't be down for days. No, there have been occasions where users who have had multiple RMA's for the same unit were permitted to change to a different PSU, but in general you would receive another HX650 in return. Request an RMA and once you have the confirmation email that you RMA has been approved, give us a call and our customer service can arrange an advance replacement for you.
