fishcow
Hi, I've had this case for a while now and very pleased with it. Today I just noticed something annoying with the front 4 USB 2 ports. Port 2 fails whenever I plug in a device, like a USB stick - when it fails it takes out all the 4 ports with it and I have to reboot to get them back. I've checked the connection at the motherboard and all is as it should be. I have a Bluetooth Dongle in the first port and generally nothing in the other 3. Ports 3 and 4 work fine when I plug in a device. Port 2 works when I unplug the bluetooth dongle and plug it into port 2 - but then the rest of the ports go dead - requiring a reboot to get them back. I'm dual booting Win 7 and OS X ( both 64 bit) - same symptoms under both OS's . . . . Stumped. Any ideas appreciated. Regards Fish

strat
I have had this issue for ages now.. and is quiet frustrating but never thought about contacting corsair about the issue. Not sure if its too late now i pre-ordered it in when it was first released in AUS back in oct 2010 i think?
Toasted
Yes, you can still request an RMA as your warranty isn't over yet. All Corsair Cases have a 2 year Warranty.
