Can't get response on Advance RMA

I purchase CMZ16GX3M4A1600C9B kit. The first set I received had one bad stick. The replacement kit had two bad sticks. I returned the 2nd set on July 3rd and can not get anyone to respond to my e-mail asking when the replacement will be sent. My RMA # is 4800635.


I am seeing a lot of comments about this model of memory. What is the failure rate on this ram? Why do I have to keep accepting the same memory as a replacement? At what point can I substitute a better product or just return and get refund?
