GringoGato
I purchase CMZ16GX3M4A1600C9B kit. The first set I received had one bad stick. The replacement kit had two bad sticks. I returned the 2nd set on July 3rd and can not get anyone to respond to my e-mail asking when the replacement will be sent. My RMA # is 4800635. I am seeing a lot of comments about this model of memory. What is the failure rate on this ram? Why do I have to keep accepting the same memory as a replacement? At what point can I substitute a better product or just return and get refund?
Wired
Advanced RMA is where they send the RMA first. Did you talk to customer service on the phone and set this up?
GringoGato
Yes I did. They sent me a pre-paid mailing label and said they would ship the replacement ram as soon as they had confirmation that the old ram was shipped. I sent the tracking info to them the day I shipped it.
