RMA Status Unknown

Hi,

A week ago I shipped off my RMA #1232104 to the Netherlands.

I've since heard nothing, According to the post tracking it should Easily be there by now, however the RMA site shows :

RMA Issued On: 6/2/2011

Defective Parts Received on: Defective Parts Not Yet Received

 

I emailed Customer Support to ask what is going on and have also heard no response.

 

Any help is appreciated

Coincidentally 15 mins after my previous post I received an email stating :

Dear Chris,

 

We wanted to let you know that we have received your return package for RMA number 1232104Your returned product is staged for review by our returns department, and we will be contacting you shortly regarding repair or replacement. Please note we are currently experiencing delays with warranty replacement shipments, please allow for an additional 5 business days for processing.

So it's there now

Just seems they're being incredibly slow ..
