ahoulne
I have encountered a similar issue in multiple laptops (Dell Latitude, and Lenovo T400). The drive runs fine until I attempt to sleep, hibernate, or even reboot. The system shows attempts to initialize or connect to the hard drive, then it doesn't see it. If I power off completely, the system will boot without issue. Drive is CSSD-R60GB2-BRKT, and OS has been Windows 7 and 2008R2 though this seems more BIOS related. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Synbios
I would update your BIOS as there are no firmware updates for the Reactor series at this time. I would also try switching to AHCI mode.
