picool
Just received my new 800D form newegg. It is really huge, and awesome. But the shipping was terrible, some foams broke to pieces, and two parts were damaged. The CPU backpplate cover and a small holder. Here is the pictures. Should I call Newegg for a replacement of the whole case? Or just replace the damaged part? I know the backplate cover is easy to replace, I'm not sure about the holder. What should I do? http://img827.imageshack.us/i/23295585.jpg http://img683.imageshack.us/i/39524271.jpg http://img827.imageshack.us/i/27924068.jpg
Wired
How'd the box itself look? Personally I'd call NewEgg first as it sounds like it happened in transit.
picool
The box is good. Can I just replace the damaged parts?
