I am sorry we can no longer check RMA status in Tech Support; please call our customer service at 888-222-4346 or 510-657-8747 Ext “3” or send them an email (rmaservice@corsairmemory.com) with your RMA# and ask them for the status!

 

I have sent them a message for you and asked them to contact you but it may be faster if you call them.

Hello Ram guy I was just reading this Thread and i have sent my HX 1000 power supply back to Corsair and according to Tech support they are telling me that they apologize for the delay in shipping your replacements to you. Unfortunately due to a high demand of this part this is currently on backorder. In this thread you say they don't repair RMA'd units, we replace them with brand new ones.This dosnt sound like that in my case 1362488 can you help me out here to me it sounds like they are waiting for parts for my power supply THX
