shah7966
Dear Sir, I am from India. I bought my Ram from http://www.newegg.com in US through my uncle. On bringing it here i found out One memory to be Completely dead..I went to the local corsair service centre, where they refused to give me Replacement saying "we don't give replacement to any internationl bought corsair product". I gave a call to US office regarding this issue, where they asked me to simply make a RMA so I made a RMA. and it is 1103097. Now they said simply to return the memory to the Indian corsair service centre, but in reality they are not accepting. Now what should i do? I cannot send it to US, since the shipping cost is very high. I am a bit confused where to send these modules..Please help me Thanks and Regards!
