Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted August 18, 2008 Corsair Employee Share Posted August 18, 2008 Yes sorry what happens exactly, you stated it was freezing but not any more, about it. Did you test the modules one at a time one day on one module and the next on the other? Have you ran http://www.memtest.org on the modules one at a time? what were the results? I've done everything you said and everything turned up positive. I've described already what happens when testing one module at a time. That's exactly the problem. The computer randomly freezes up completely. The whole system just freezes because when I hit shortcuts like alt+shift+Print Screen, no sound happens. Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted August 18, 2008 Corsair Employee Share Posted August 18, 2008 I did not see where you explained what happened when you tested the modules with http://www.memtest.org or when you tested them in windows one at a time was why I asked. But if the system works one up with either module I would RMA the MB and or the CPU from what you have posted.

Typhoon859
NP Please let me know how you make out with the new modules. Alright, but do I have to send in mine first before my new modules are shipped out because that means I'd be without a computer...
