sweetcdngirl40
I just bought a memory stick for my new toshiba laptop. I followed the instructions to a T, and when I turned the computer back on, the screen don't turn on. When I take out the new memory stick, the screen comes up. What am I doing wrong? bigbuck08
Are you trying to pair it with the other module(s) that you had already in the notebook?
Wired
What's the model of Corsair memory that you have, and what's the model of your Toshiba laptop? Have you checked the compatibility of the two on the Corsair Configurator? http://www.corsair.com/configurator/
sweetcdngirl40
Hey ... Thanks ... yes everything was compatable for my computer. I brought it back into bestbuy where both the computer and memory came from. The problem turned out to be that the 1 gb stick had to go in first, then the 512 mb stick. TA DA my computer now works.
