RMA Replacement Status

In May (around 5-15-07) I sent in a defective stick of VS512MB400 to Corsair under RMA# 1007773. As of 6-9-07 I have not received any confirmation or shipment of a replacement part. Is there some way to find out if the RAM was received by Corsair or what could be causing the delay? I'm getting a little concerned that the part was lost in transit.

I am sorry we can no longer check RMA status in Tech Support; please call our customer service at 888-222-4346 or 510-657-8747 Ext “0” or send them an email (rma@corsairmemory.com) with your RMA# and ask them for the status!
