RMA Request

I just coming to buy a set of memory.

One of my modules works perfectly (I can boot and use my computer without any problems) but the second one is faulty : no boot at all, remain on black screen. So my computer doesn't work when I try to use both of the modules.

I am sure that my motherboard is compatible and it is the latest bios version.

This memory is out of order for sure!

Please, it would be kind of you to give me the procedure for the replacement of this memory.

It will take about 24-48 hours excluding weekends and holidays if not please either call our customer service at 888-222-4346 or 510-657-8747 and dial "0" 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific time Monday Threw Friday excluding Holidays or follow the link in my signature "If you have submitted the RMA using the on line form and have not got a reply!"
