butron
Read the whole forum, followed all recommended procedures and problem persists. I need to post this reply since, apparently, I need to quote having contacted the forum in order to get an RMA. Right RAM guy? Or could people with this problem refer to one of the previous posts and thus avoid cluttering this one?
Wired
The forum is only one way to contact Corsair Tech Support and is not needed for an RMA. http://tsxpress.corsairmemory.com
Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted November 13, 2006 Corsair Employee Share Posted November 13, 2006 Well yes we ask that you at least speak with us thru TSXpress or here on the forum but we would not have a problem replacing any of our products if they are not working. Can you tell us what the problem is?
