All my other pairs of same model run without problem in DFI built-in memory test. Only this pair will have errors around 900-1000mb. Can I submit RMA? Test ONE stick at a time in each slot using Memtest86+ and the following settings: CAS Latency: 2.0 (2.5 on AthlonXP system) RAS to CAS Delay (tRCD): 3 Row Precharge (tRP): 3 Active to Precharge Delay (tRAS): 6 Memory voltage: 2.7x or 2.8 volts Click here to find out how you can add your system specs to your profile and posts! helioshsieh Posted April 2, 2006 Author Share Posted April 2, 2006 Thanks for suggestion I just did what you mentioned and it turned one module can pass all test while the other failed in couple minutes.
