linkz01
I think I may severel bad modules. It wouldnt hurt to try to send them all back I suppose. Here is my problem: I keep getting random skips and stutters in 3d games and I have replaced my vid card and mobo/cpu. the only things I havent replaced are the psu and harddrive (along with the ram). What would cause these skips and stutters and how can I determine if it is the RAM and how can I determine which module(s) are defective? Thanks :) I have 4 gigs of vs512mb400 and I would like to send a gig back at a time if that is ok (so I can still use my comp while 2 modules are off). :D Btw, any possible idea what would cause this horrible random stuttering? I will also need an ram is possible :).

linkz01
I have also gotten some "memory cannot be read errors" but I wonder if it is also the ram causing this graphical stutter/jutter/skipping. I have never had this problem before and as I said, I have replaced pretty much every other piece of hardware so it MUST somehow be the ram. Thanks :)
Wired
Try with these timings: CAS Latency (tCL): 3 RAS to CAS Delay (tRCD): 4 Row Precharge (tRP): 4 Active to Precharge Delay (tRAS): 8 2T Command Rate: Enabled Memory Voltage: 2.75 Volts All other settings to defaults. You also may want to test one stick at a time.
