rcleitz
I love my 2GB Flash Voyager, but it now shows up with the message that "This device can perform faster if you connect it to a High-Speed USB port. Can I send it back for rma replacment.
SpDFrek
Did the drive work normally previously? Some aftermarket motherboards (ASUS that I have seen) ship with the USB 2.0 controller disabled and need to be enabled in BIOS. Please make sure the USB 2.0 controller is enabled on the system that you are trying to use the USB flash device on. If it is then you should RMA the drive. You can use your POST ID and follow the instructions for getting an RMA here.
bobad
Thanks for the reply. Yes, USB2 is enabled BIOS. I also tried the drive in several newer computers with known good USB2 enabled, and no go. Guess I'll have to RMA it. :( Thanks again,,,
