Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted September 6, 2005 Corsair Employee Share Posted September 6, 2005 Please set the Dim Voltage to 2.7X volts (+.2 Volts W/Giga-Byte) and then set the timings manually to the tested settings for the specific module you have, XMS2700C2 Cass 2-3-3-6 for example or if you have Value Select "BY SPD" and then test the module/'s one at a time with www.memtest.org! If you still get errors, please follow the link in my signature “I think I have a bad part!” and we will be happy to replace them or it! However, if you get errors with both modules that would suggest some other problem and I would test them in another system or MB to be sure. Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted September 7, 2005 Corsair Employee Share Posted September 7, 2005 Please check your user manual, but normally it will be in your bios under jumper free configuration or Frequency and Voltage Control.

Wired
1. They're not open on the weekend, so they can't process anything. 2. Thurs and Fri they were moving from old building into new one, so that probably caused a delay. AFAIK, everything should be back to normal on Monday. Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted September 13, 2005 Corsair Employee Share Posted September 13, 2005 We will still receive packages at the old building for a few weeks so don’t worry. You can email warranty@corsairmemory.com with your RMA# and ask them to check the status and you might let them know that you sent the modules to the old address if thats where you sent them.
