hardware issue Mouse opens context menu upon releasing right click, even when it isnt supposed to

so, i got the harpoon rgb pro for christmas last year as part of a 4-in-1 bundle, everythings been working amazingly apart from the mouse, since march its been having problems with both mouse buttons, initially starting with double clicking on the left mouse button (which somehow managed to fix itself), yet now theres a problem where the right mouse button randomly opens the context menu when releasing right click whist the context menu shouldnt be able to open.

it only began about 1 pm (GMT) and its doing my head in

Hi, are you stating that it opens anytime? More importantly, in games?

If you could provide a video of the phenomenon that would be nice.
