  1. Hey! I recently updated my mouse, but since that time I can no longer use it with the dongle. It only works with the bluetooth now. I tried to force a dongle update ( now on v.5.4.99), but it didn't change anything. I also did a mouse reset ( several time) , but still nothing. On the ICUE side, I uninstalled and reinstalled it (now on v. 4.17.244), but when I connect my mouse with a wire, it no longer appears in ICUE. So, I can't force a mouse update. Can you help me ? HArpoon RBG wireless: S/N:081120281154
  2. Hi guys, i've been using my Harpoon RGB wireless mouse and yesterday i saw an firmware update to my usb wireless receiver it was v.5.4.99 so i installed it but now mouse just working with BT and doesn't work with 2.4g ,and i tried all ways (try to reset mouse or pair with manuel) but it didn't help. What Should i do? Can't i take back the last update..
  3. It obviously has flaws. SERIOUS flaws. It turn your left click into a double click with no way of disabling it. And the solution is usually to ask for an RMA. Just let us downgrade the firmware back to 3.11 in Icue and save the headaches.
  4. I love Corsair, I really do. I've had many wired products of theirs throughout the years, and they've always been great. But their wireless products are SO wonky and unreliable, it's actually amazing that the reviews are as good as they are. I got the K57 keyboard and the Harpoon RGB mouse a few months ago (same time), and noticed that they'd disconnect at random times and then automatically reconnect again. Eventually they both stopped connecting to my PC at all, and I had to get tickets for warranty (dongles, specifically). I received both replacement dongles at the same time and I've been using them for 8 days now. But, these replacement dongles have the very same issue. They disconnect and reconnect at the most random times. Sometimes force quitting iCue works, but most of the time it doesn't. Turning the keyboard/mouse off and onto again does nothing either. I just have to pray that the keyboard connects for a short period so I can pause my game; if I haven't already died from unresponsive peripherals. I'm currently on version 4.12.214 of iCue, but the issue seems to persist regardless of version. If I exit whatever game I'm playing and take a peek at the the hardware tab in iCue during one of these disconnects, it'll usually say "UNAVAILABLE" in the status/battery info in the device settings. Most often it's the keyboard that's affected, but it definitely happens to both. I've tested so many keyboard and mice, wireless and wired, but only these two particular Corsair products have issues. I am absolutely certain that all the USB ports of my PC are working as intended. I should probably add that the disconnections don't occur when I'm playing wired, but... who buys wireless peripherals if they don't intend to use them as such. I have no idea if the Bluetooth connection suffers the same problems, but I'm have issues connecting via BT so dongles are preferred anyway. I keep seeing threads about this, but never any real solution - is this just something I'm gonna have to deal with forever?
  5. So i bought corsair harpoon rgb mouse and i assigned the dpi, forward and back buttons to media keys. but randomly the assigned keys stop working. the only solution is to repair or reinstall the software. why does the software/driver get corrupted frequently??
  7. In the last few weeks, I have noticed that the Harpoon device disconnects when starting windows, uninstalled drivers and iCUE and reinstalled, went back to previous versions and nothing worked. I thought Windows was the problem. But the problem is now when I turn on the PC, if I want to enter the BIOS for example, the mouse does not turn on anyway, it is as if it were disconnected. Previously I had the STRAFE RGB MX Silent keyboard and Harpoon mouse; it didn't present that kind of problem. Now I have the STRAFE RGB MK.2 and the same mouse since for warranty reasons they gave me this other model. I discovered about three days ago that the problem is with the new keyboard and only with the Harpoon mouse, I have tried other wireless and wired mice and have had no problems. It turns out that when I disconnect the keyboard and leave only the Harpoon mouse I have no problems, but I connect the keyboard again the mouse stops working. I came up with plugging the Harpoon into the MK.2's USB port, and it seems to work fine, but it's not my idea to keep it plugged into that port, but directly on the PC.
  8. So, a month or so ago my old mouse died, and being the proud owner of a void pro, I grabbed a fancy harpoon, and came back home satisfied. Until now, at least. Whenever I plug in the mouse, a few minutes/seconds will go by, and then it'll start constantly scrolling, it's done only down, and both up and down. When I unplug it, it'll continue scrolling for a bit then stop. The only things I've done that change from my usual routine is I usually use a usb hub since half my laptop's usbs are dead haha, well earlier this week I took my pc out of my usual computer room and plugged the mouse directly in, without the hub. It's the only possible reason I can see, apart from that icue and the mouse's drivers are all up to date ((Oh and I just realized there is apparently a wireless version of the harpoon, but I have a wired one EDIT: I'm an idiot, it was my Huion drawing tablet all along
  9. Bonjour, ma Harpoon RGB clignote bizarrement lors de certains changements de couleur, ce qui ne se produisait pas avant, ma Led est-elle endommagée ?^ Merci de votre aide, Max_
  10. Hello, I have been geting this error for a few weeks now. When it happens my keyboard and mouse lock up and are unsuable for 1 or 2 seconds. My only option is to close iCue compleletly. I have tried a few versions of iCue but I am on the latest right now. Also, when it happens a red triangle appears next to the keyboard and mouse inside of iCue but not on the ram. Any help would be greatly appreciated 2020-04-30T11:26:16 W cue.devices.dram.pro: Failed to set dram effect timestamp: "Dram [0:5a]" 2020-04-30T11:26:16 W cue.devices.dram.pro: Failed to set dram effect timestamp: "Dram [0:5b]" 2020-04-30T11:42:05 I cue.devices.nxp: "STRAFE RGB" Buffer write, 1. failed. with "The I/O operation has been aborted because of either a thread exit or an application request.
