Set the Active Language preferences in Profiles - Request

Request :
- Added the possibility of selecting a preset system language setting (in windows) in a profile so that it is activated automatically when the profile is activated.

Reason :
- Some programs don't allow full mapping of their keys and force users who don't use the QWERTY keyboard natively to change the "language preferences" (Win+Space) (bethesda production for example, which tends to hard-code certain keyboard keys 😄 and they're not the only ones...).

This little feature will improve the lives of all users who are forced to use Win+Space and who will no longer curse after forgetting to switch their keyboard back to its native configuration. 😅
