The ICUE software does not detect my keyboard

Good morning, I've had a Corsair K60 keyboard for a while and everything worked fine before but today I wanted to launch the ICUE software to change the color of my keyboard and I realized that I couldn't find my keyboard in The software. In fact I have the impression that the software no longer detects my keyboard, yet I have the impression that it works correctly (apart from one or two keys which work a little less well) Do you know where the problem could come from?

Try disconnecting/reconnecting the usb plugs in back while CUE is running. It’s possible for it not be initialized correctly during boot. For most users this is a one time event, but if it becomes an every day issue something else is wrong. That can be basic chipset driver issues but it also can be a problem with the KB’s usb cables.
