t4n
um.. so I've uninstalled/reinstalled a few times now.... even went as far as deleting the folders that were left behind... and um...well ... no amount of installing, repairing, etc. has fixed, well... this: I am genuinely at a loss here as to what happened and how to fix it since uninstalling completely and then reinstalling doesn't fix it.... c-attack
Is this a laptop installation? Turn on your debug logging in the CUE general settings, then contact Corsair Support. Usually we would identify this as GPU driver/CUE issue and clean installing the GPU driver corrects the issue. However, several other laptop users have reported this issue on 5.18 and the driver clean install does not correct the problem. Nevertheless, you might want to try before submitting your ticket so you can say it's already been done. Only immediate correction is going to be to uninstall 5.18 and use CUE 4.33 from the downloads section instead. This will not work if you have new gear released since Jan. 2023.
