my h115i shut off it's light when i launch tiny tina's wonderlands

All my rgb (3 QL fans, 2 ram stick, 4 light strips, and aio pump) all work perfectly under normal conditions. But when i try to play a game that should take control of the rgb components, the light in my aio pump shuts off, and all other rgb turn to blue and a murky green. I have tried reinstalling icue, and i am running the latest version. I also tried running a repair on the game through steam, none of which helped. even tried replugging the aio cable.  I was really looking forward to the rgb plugin stuff...

I am running windows 11
