monitor Black Bars on left, top and right - 32UHD144

I have black bars that run the left, top and right side of my screen (easier to see bar on the right and top sides, but it's also on the left.)

I've been checking my resolution and scaling settings but they all seem correct. I've also checked the monitor settings in iCUE and again, everything looks normal.

In this screenshot, my monitor was just turned on and I got a picture before the desktop loaded. I feel like that would weed out resolution being the issue. When the desktop loads, the bars are still there.

Any ideas?
