K100 and sticking keys

That is not something commonly reported.  Do you have the optical or mechanical switches?

 

Either way I would try the KB soft reset and if that does not do it, contact Corsair Support.  No reason to suffer through that.

It is possible for dust/debris to cause errors on the optical.  Try the cleaning as suggested above.

it happens when the wrist rest starts to creep up closer to the keyboard, have to pull it back a bit.

I am going to put an extra strip in-between the wrist rest and the keyboard to prevent such creeping, the magnets may be easy but they are not 'exact' and it tends to pull the wrist rest closer to the keyboard then intended. A small design adjustment is needed.
