Have the XG7 waterblock leak issues been resolved? Just got my 2080ti back on an RMA after the block leaked and blew a diode...

So I'd like to RMA these 2-screw XG7 blocks and avoid having to risk another $1000 GPU. Is Corsair honoring RMA's for these leaky deakies? And is there a more reliable, leak-free replacement available?

Done. I'd still be curious to know if Corsair is honoring RMA replacements on the 2-screw design, though.

there's been a revision of the design of the manifold. it's still 2 screws but they stiffened the manifold so it doesnt flex like a bar of cheddar as it used to.

Here you'll find examples of how the new manifold looks like compared to the original one

It'll always be more flimsy than a traditional acetal or acrylic machined block but it works.

It's been definitely fixed in the 3000 series cards tho, with the magical apparition of a 3rd screw in the middle
