Infinite_VII
I've had the AIO for about 5 months now. My idle temps sit at around 26-27 degrees Celsius, and my CPU sits at around 40-45. My issue is that at some points the temp reading on the pump will immediately spike to triple digits, despite the CPU temp staying at its idle reading. Not sure if the temperature sensor is malfunctioning, or if there is something else happening in the system. Help would be appreciated!
LeDoyen
do you have any other monitoring software installed like HWinfo64, Aida, HWmonitor etc? If they run at the same time as iCUE, they can cause readout issues.
Infinite_VII
iCUE is my only monitoring software for it. Other two software (unrelated but maybe it helps to know) are Ryzen Master and MSI Afterburner.
Corsair Employee Corsair Travis Posted April 14, 2021 Corsair Employee Share Posted April 14, 2021 When you say temp reading on the pump, do you mean coolant temp or the temp that iCUE says your CPU itself is running at? How long does this happen? Please create a ticket with our support team.
