read errors as determined by memtest

Can you tell me our modules part# (How To Read the Memory Label) and the make and model of MB you have along with the CPU speed and it’s FSB as well? In addition, please tell me the bios settings you have set for both CPU and memory and any performance settings that you may have set?

the cpu is at 133mhz i think the fsb is 266mhz the mobo has no overclocking adjustments tyan kt-a s2390b with via 133 chipset

With Tyan, I would suggest you send these back to your reseller and then ask them to get modules that are listed on Tyan's QVL list for best compatibility. But I have no problem replacing the modules, but I doubt that will solve this issue.
