emaxmagnus Posted September 25, 2018 Share Posted September 25, 2018 So I just recieved a new mouse as a replacement for a broke one but its sort of warped on the bottom and doesnt lay flat on the mousepad. I'm asking for another rma, the question is: will I have to pay for the shipping even if the mouse was already broken when they delivered it to me?
