DevBiker
This cooler should have a mini USB port on the side of the pump. Can you post a picture?

DevBiker
The mounts don't look quite right for an H100i V2. Does the Corsair logo light up at all?
Antixs
The mounts don't look quite right for an H100i V2. Does the Corsair logo light up at all? Yeah logo lights up when powered on. I purchased it from cyberpowersystems and only noticed this now when moving it in a new case.
DevBiker
I have to wonder if this is the OEM version that we've heard about on here from time to time. Have you contacted support? With the serial number, they should be able to get you sorted.
Antixs
I think you are right what I can find from the codes it's very old h100 OEM. Best part is I paid more money for a h100i v2 I have sent support tickets to them asking why I never got the v2 but doubt they will do anything. DevBiker thanks for the help and time I really appreciate your help.
