bakchoi
HI, If i buy the ram on the internet thus no receipt, is warranty still honored? Also, I'm from Canada, where is the location to ship to for RMA if there's problems? Just wondering before I buy it. Gonna buy the TWINX1024-3200XLPRO instead of the OCZ plat rev 2
Wired
1. Yes 2. The exact address is on the site, but is only needed if it needs an RMA. Also, keep in mind it would also need an RMA #, or else they would refuse the shipment (standard thing with RMAs from any company).
Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted January 12, 2005 Corsair Employee Share Posted January 12, 2005 In addition, many of the on line reseller out side of the USA will help with an RMA should you need one, but the chances of that are very slim. Usually if one has problems its a configuration issue and can be easily solved here on the forum.
