k70 rgb K70 LED stuck on a color

So I've had my k70 rgb for about 14 months now with no issues.

 

Last night there was a power outage and when I turned my pc back on in the morning I noticed my profiles looked off, my numpad-8, PrtScrn left, windows key, Q, A, mute sound button, and esc key's are stuck on a hint of green no matter what profile I use those same keys are left with that color.

 

Things I've tried so far:

Rebooting PC

Uninstalling and reinstalling CUE

Plugging into different USB ports

Deleting all my profiles and making a new blank white one

 

I've attached a pic of white profile with green keys still on

This is either a firmware or hardware issue. Contact Corsair Support, ask for a hard firmware reset. If that doesn't work you will need to RMA the device or exchange it with the reseller.
