Toasted
Does Windows still see the headset when the sound stops? Tried a different USB port? Latest Windows updates, USB chipset drivers, etc? Does the headset work fine on another computer?

Toasted
When the issue happens again, look at the InfoMic LEDs and the Dongle LED. If the dongle LED is no longer solid and both LEDs on the InfoMic are flashing, it is likely a connection issue. If the dongle LED is solid and the Infomic LEDS are operating as normal, then it could be a different issue. E.g. Driver related, etc.

Cheers! #Brain At first Windovs could not properly install the driver, because the driver has not been signed. Later, I downloaded a program that emulates the signature. Now drivers are working properly, 7.1 sound and equalizer works.
