How long for processed replacement to ship

Hi all, I recently put in a ticket for my case which is a Spec-03 beacause the power and reset switch are not responding anymore. The ticket was immediately approved which is amazingly fast, but I added a comment to ask if it was possible to expedite the replacement because I will be leaving the country next Friday. Can someone here help notify the rep assigned to my ticket? It would be a huge headache if it arrives when I'm out of the country. Also, can I get an update on the status of my ticket as well? Thanks in advance!
