H100i not displaying correct led color through CL

I've been having this problem since I have tried CL software and it has still persisted even after updating to the newest CL software and Firmware for my H100i.

The LED's appear to work, but when i try to use the software to change the color on the block, only certain colors will appear. For instance, red will always work, green will always work, and yellow will work. But for some reason, when i try to change the color to white, the block turns it to yellow every time. In the same respect, if i try to change the color to pink, it just changes to red instead. Also, blue seems to not work at all either or will just turn the LED's off completely. This is very frustrating because the two colors i wanted to use for my build was either blue or white

Any help or suggestions on how to correct this would be awesome!

If SIV can't set BLUE then I suspect the blue LED is faulty and you will need to RMA it, log a call via https://corsair.secure.force.com/home/home.jsp and see what they say.

If Corsair offered to replace my H100i with a H100iGTX or H100iV2 I would insist on a H100i or H110iGT as the Asetek firmware is significantly weaker than the CoolIT firmware, see http://forum.corsair.com/forums/showthread.php?p=795986

Rather than state "newest CL software and Firmware" I advise you to specify the exact version numbers. I suspect you have CL 4.2.0.162 + H100i 1.1.3. Is this correct?

nevermind, i have tried the software and even SIV wont make the white led work or the blue unless im really doing something wrong...

There is no "white LED" to get white you have to set all of red + green + blue to 255.

As you have not posted a [Link Lights] screen shot and specified what you did I have no idea if you are "doing something wrong".

Have you read http://rh-software.com/Using SIV to Control Corsair Link Hardware.pdf?

I'm having kind of a different issue. I have an H100I installed. My problem: I set the color to a blue violet; but I have to reset it to blue violet every time I wake my PC. I'm running Corsair Link (CL) version 3.2.5742. It's been this way no matter which version of CL I use. Any ideas?

I have the similar issue. The previous CL version worked just fine, but after upgrading to 4.2.0.162 the LED never saves on the block. For example CL shows color as full red, but color on block right now is light strawberry red, so there is some kind of disconnect between what is reflected in software and what is actually shown on the block. Mode is "static color" as well so it's not like it's set to temperature based or color cycle.
