I was under the impression I would get an email notification whenever CS commented. Will check again. edit: It is true, the CSR responded 30 minutes after my last comment. Their previous comment was accompanied by an email notifying that I had a comment on my ticket. The latest comment had no such email. My apologies. (Your system is a bit inconsistant tho.) As I replied to you in a PM, the duration can change as it accounts for when we get the keyboard back via shipping. The rep did say 2-4 weeks, not strictly 4 weeks.
