Craterloads Posted April 7, 2014 Share Posted April 7, 2014 My Corsair Air 540 side window panel has broken from the top corner. It was a little loose when i got it but ignored it. Anyhow when moving case and adding a little pressure a little piece has broken in the corner where the clip is, so the windows is loose and peeled away a little in that corner. Toasted Posted April 9, 2014 Share Posted April 9, 2014 Contact customer service via phone and ask for a ticket update. You can call them using Skype by calling their toll-free number. Last response was 2 weeks ago stating I'll go ahead and approve for another side panel to be sent out to you. Yet I haven't received anything nor has tracking information been updated or any indication that a replacement has been sent.
