AF & SP placement (Define XL R2)

Greetings all,

I am currently looking at using AF and SP fans for my next build. The case I'll be using is the Define XL R2. I will be eliminating the bottom 120mm fan as well as the top HDD cage and the PSU upside down by using air from underneath the case as an intake. I'm attempting to have solid air cooling while keeping noise down to a minimum. Though I realize that this is hard to achieve, I still want to try my best.

I put together a little something to give you guys an idea of what my current idea is, any feedback is well appreciated. Thanks! (please note the red circles are the AF fans and the blue circles are the SP fans).
