How to assign M65 "Sniper" function to RGB Keyboard macro key?

Greetings, I have the k95 RGB Keyboard, and I am using the Corsair Utility Engine with the latest software.

 

Is it possible to set one of my macro keys to function as my mouse's (m65) "Sniper" button? I tried right clicking the button (G15) under "Profiles" ->" Assign New Action" -> "DPI" -> then clicked on the "Sniper (when pressed)", named the action, then hit OK. However, it appears that the newly assigned button does not lower my DPI when pressed and actually doesn't do anything. What am I doing wrong?

Not sure if this will help but this is the only way I have been able to change the binding for this key at all. Remap/ Key/button, you may be able to get some where from there.
